I love the motivation at Edstrom Elite. The trainers keep you moving and continually challenge you to be better and stronger. But at the same time, each circuit class and workout is fun! I have a ball. It's a great confidence boost and shows there's truly friendship there! It's a great place to help meet your goals, whether those are weight loss or muscle gain.
I worked with Jesse for a short period as unfortunately I had to move out of the city during the middle of the training. He is a very good trainer, knowledgeable, understands your needs and accordingly trains you. He is a good listener and answers all your concerns with patience. I enjoyed my training period though it was short.
I've been working with Vince for a few weeks now and I have to say that I am loving it! He is helping me nurse a previous back injury back to health while still challenging my muscle strength and stimulating muscle growth. He is very personable and attentive. There are certainly personal trainers who only show up, train you, and leave but that is not Vince! He always happily answers my texts and keeps communication open between sessions. Looking forward to seeing my results as the next few months progress and we keep working together.

7 months ago when I started I was out of shape – I had gotten so bored with the typical routines at the gym that I just stopped going. Between that and past leg injury, I could hardly execute many ‘normal’ movements/ exercises. Brad has a wonderful understanding of the human body and was able to pinpoint exactly why and where I was getting held up. He worked with me to provide additional stretches and exercises to improve my mobility. Now it’s pretty incredible how far I’ve come. I am constantly blown away at what I’m able to do and how my body is continually transforming. I see the same progress in others too. The atmosphere is wonderful! I honestly have a great time every time I go to train. I haven’t met anyone I didn’t like at Stone Strength. I am constantly meeting new people from all backgrounds and age groups. One of the best things is the team atmosphere. I grew up an athlete, always part of a team. After college it was a pretty odd feeling no longer being part of a team or competing. I really missed that. At Stone Strength I finally have that back! I highly recommend anyone and everyone to Stone Strength. No one is too old, young or broken. Brad us by far one of the best trainers I have ever had the pleasure to work with (and I have worked with my fair share of personal trainers, sports therapy rehab specialists, etc.). His expertise, great personality and positive attitude will not disappoint!
The trainers here are dedicated and extremely knowledgeable. What's awesome is that there seems to be someone for every goal. I am focused on building muscle, but they had trainers there who specialized in fat loss, endurance, powerlifting, everything. Definitely a smart decision.
I hired Christine three months ago to help me lose 25-30 pounds, lower my sugar levels as I am a Type 2 diabetic and improve my overall fitness. I was pretty scared when I first agreed to train with her- I'll be honest. I was not overweight, but I was very out of shape and most trainers really push you. The first few workouts were really challenging as expected for me but Christine was amazing. She designed each workout specifically around me, took her time to teach me proper form (which is so important), and pushed me to limits I never knew I could reach. Three months later, not only have I lost some weight and inches, but I feel like a new person. I am doing things and wearing clothes I have not in years. My 6 year old daughter has joined us for most of our sessions and Christine has gotten her to love exercise. Exercise has become a daily routine at our house and that's something no other program or trainer was able to do. Combined with proper diet, her training sessions will transform your body. If you do as she asks, you wont regret hiring her. I promise. =)

Kyle is a great trainer !! You tell him what you want to work on, and set them goals and he helps you get there !! He knows what he is doing that's foresure !! I promise you if you train with Kyle you will not be disappointed!! He will give you that push you need and has helped motivate me, and get my body back after 2 kids!! He is the best!! I hired Javier to help me lose weight and reduce body fat. After meeting with him I decided to utilize his nutrition and health coaching services. He reviewed my current nutritional habits and made recommendations on how I could improve. We made gradual changes to my diet and within a very short amount of time I began seeing results. My boyfriend and I started working out with Mark a couple of weeks ago and so far the experience has been nothing short of AMAZING! I have had body image and self esteem issues for years and my boyfriend has multiple injury/health-related issues to work around. Mark has taken all of this completely in stride as he takes each of our needs and goals into account and tailors not only each workout but also his approach to fit us both. We're working towards a pretty significant weight-loss goal but Mark reminds us regularly to celebrate even the smallest successes, plan for and accept setbacks, and focus on making long-term sustainable lifestyle changes. My favorite part is how much fun we have when we're working out with Mark! He definitely pushes us to challenge ourselves, but we laugh and have a good time doing it, which is really important for us as it helps us stay motivated. Also, don't be discouraged about the fact that Mark says he specializes in 40+ fitness. Many of his clients are in fact 40+, but my boyfriend and I are both in our late 20s so he'll help anyone that wants that support!

I have been putting off exercising and weight loss for years, and was scared walking into a gym again. This was nothing like I expected! Garmenn is fantastic! Being a mom with a full time job I rarely get time to myself. I started training with Garmenn with no goal besides getting some "me" time in. Having trained with trainers before I was nervous, for I was often pushed to just max out and lift heavy weights only. Or, even worst, constantly pestered with eating right when I wasn't even looking to lose weight. Garmenn was different, he listened to what I wanted and what I liked to do in the gym. He completely changed my body! It never gets boring, he always switches up the training from HIIT to lifting heavy weights, and even asks if I have any special requests. All I have ever wanted was to feel great, be healthy and gain some confidence along the way. I've always been a big runner and working with Garmenn has even helped me shave over a minute off my mile time! My best advise to anyone thinking about training would be to stop thinking about it, pick up the phone and schedule your first session today! What do you have to lose?! And you will make a friend along the way!
