Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We offer a level of customer service that larger companies cannot produce, as they need to continually add additional clients to pay for overhead. As a local small business, we rely on customer referrals and repeat business to continue our growth. It doesn't feel like work when you enjoy your job! I am happy to help customers with the knowledge and expertise I've acquired over the last 15 years.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Usually, an initial phone discussion is necessary so that both the client and I have a good understanding of what needs to be done. Oftentimes after the initial phone call, I acquire whatever equipment/supplies are needed to complete the task and arrive to the pre-scheduled visit ready to complete the task needed for the client.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the company has experience in your needs and that they have a proven track record of prior clients.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Before speaking to anyone about your project, it's important to review the entire scope of the project: Does the service provider have previous background in the need that you are looking for? Does the service provider have the availability that you are looking for?
