Still very new to them but like it so farMar 14, 2018Verified
I have not been long enough there to write to write a full detailed review, however, so far everything has been great. Caleb is a great person and knows a lot about acoustic guitars. I am expecting to continue the classes for a weeks more.Feb 23, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our most affordable plan is a weekly subscription that can be canceled anytime with a weeks notice. It's just $20 a week for a 30m lesson in your home. If you live outside our teachers normal driving fee, there may be a higher drive fee. We can adjust the lesson length and or frequency to fit your needs! If you need to reschedule, just give your instructor at least 6 hours notice and you can schedule a makeup lesson for that missed lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Our first lesson free, is our way for you to try it out risk free. During that lesson we'll cover the basics of the instrument and leave you able to play a song! From there we will customize the lesson plan based on your individual interests and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? The owner of the company has studied music in college, been in touring bands, and has over a decade of teaching experience. He is also a mechanical engineer and uses that knowledge to constantly improve the lessons and teaching experience. He personally hires and trains every teacher, making sure by the time they get their first student, they are just as good as a teacher as he is.
