- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can provide free estimates on bigger projects. On small handyman projects we prefer to work by the hour and we charge $60/hr per guy needed and the client will also reimburse us for any materials bought for their project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to set up a in home meeting to look at and discuss the project with the customer and then immediately start working on their proposal. We can provided estimates on smaller jobs (less then $5000) within 24-48 hours, the bigger jobs will need up to 2 weeks depending on the subcontractors needed, size, and complexity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our carpenters going through an apprenticeship program that lasts 4 years and they go to class for a total of 144 hours per year. They learn everything from setting a door to framing up a house. All of our project managers have a degree in construction management and numerous years of experience.
