Responded fast to my request. Needed a deep cleaning as I had moved out of my apartment and was feeling too exhausted to work on new house and apartment. Did a great job! I have a very hairy dog, very dark wood trim all over, hardwood floors. Place looks great! Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with Home Cleaning Centers quick response to my inquiry about their services. I was contacted within 5 minutes and scheduled my cleaning within 2 days. I’m OCD when it comes to cleaning but have been unable to do it because of health issues. Over the years, I’ve had two different businesses clean my house and was disappointed with the results. Contributed it to my OCD and always finished up what they didn’t do. Three people came to my house with very pleasant personalities and seemed eager to work. They worked very hard continuously. Didn’t stand around talking and had sweat pouring off their faces. This was a total cleaning from ceiling to floors. I was AMAZED. I went thru the house before they left and couldn’t find one thing they hadn’t touched. My house shined, smelled awesome and was totally cleaned. I praised God for them and was holding back the tears. I’m so glad I took the chance and hired them. They took pride in their work which is very hard to find these days. Very, very happy with the results.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing is derived from many factors: Mainly Quality of Work. We still clean floors on our hands and knees! We provide a 1st time clean based on an hourly rate and then a flat rate for recurring cleans. Because we do an initial deep clean, we guarantee our recurring cleans 100%.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We generally like to schedule a free-in home estimate. Every estimate can be customized and based on clients needs and preferences.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I've managed businesses my entire career. I started in the restaurant industry and learned the value of quality and service. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management from Missouri Baptist University. I have been awarded the National Operations Manger of the year the last 2 years.
