What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to have a straight forward pricing system, we charge by the hour for the first cleaning and for every additional cleaning we apply a flat rate. You are free to tell us a maximum number of hours you would like us to spend on your home and we will customize a cleaning plan tailored to accomodate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked for a few different cleaning companies and have found room for improvement, so I decided to try my own take on it!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have had a few one-time cleans in preperation for a party or a move, but our most common are the routine weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleanings.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure to do your homework! Ask to see the bonding and insurance paperwork to ensure they are indeed bonded and Insured, ask for references, a resume and a background check. Not all companies require or value these things, so it is very important to be sure that the company you are entrusting with your most prized investment deserves your trust!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish that customers actually knew what they were paying for, they should receive what they are promised! We at Sparkling Clean never promise anything we can't deliver and are sure that you fully understand and are satisfied with what you will receive!
