Introduction: Meet Coach Stephen Wyatt
Martial Arts and Fitness has been apart of Stephen's life from a very early age. Playing many different sports in school , but It all changed when he went to participate in a challenge match at a martial arts school (Lake Area Gracie Jiu-Jitsu). Finding out very quickly he wasn't the toughest or strongest. From that point he started training martial arts as much as possible and that lead him to wrestling and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). After High School Stephen joined the Army in 2003. In the Army he served in Multiple Combat Deployments. Was a 3x Combatives/Fighting Champion and was one of the Elite Combative Instructors at the US Army Combatives School at Fort Benning.
His other accomplishments/credentials- Degree in Exercise Science and Advanced Personal Training from Bryan University, NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Black Belt in Brazilan Jiu-Jitsu under JW Wright/Gracie Humaita, Black Belt in Kajukenbo, National Champion in Combat Wrestling 2017, Pan Am Games Champion in Combat Wrestling 2017, Freestyle and Wrestling State Champion, 2x Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu State Champion, 2x Judo State Champion and Former Professional MMA Fighter.
Stephen finds joy in competing and testing himself with Combat Sports, but his real passion is sharing his knowledge to help people reach their goals in fitness, martial arts and life.
