I would recommend Keita Hiness Blessed Occasion to anyone! When working on our contract, she was extremely helpful and precise. She let me know exactly what to expect and what could be done to make my event the best it could be. She was easy to get in touch with and I never felt like I was left in the dark like some caterers I have worked with. She is very trustworthy and had no hidden chargers. She went above and beyond. We had requested her to cater for a Boy Scout Banquet for around 175 people. We had Fried Chicken, Roast Beef, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, and dinner rolls. The fried chicken was seasoned to perfection. The roast beef was so moist. The mashed potatoes were a hit! She even gave us dark and lite gravy. I dont know what she adds to her green beans and corn to make them amazing, but they were not bland in the least. Everyone wanted seconds of everything! I was so grateful she gave use extra servings because we flew through the food. She even gave use an order of pasta con broccoli for families that were vegetarians! I had over 15 families tell me how delicious all the food was! When we thought the food could not get any better, her desserts were divine. She had a variety of cookies. (My favorite was the chocolate chunk cookies!) The brownies were moist and extra chocolaty. She even customized her shortbread/sugar cookies with blue and gold sprinkles (the Boy Scout colors!). For refreshments, she brought tea, pink lemonade, and BLUE raspberry cool aid. We appreciated how she took into consideration our event and added little touches like that. Keita and her family were on time to set up, which is very important to us. They were very nice and personable. They set up the food in a neat and organized way. It looked beautiful. Keita made sure I was familiar with the food set up and walked me through everything before we served our guests. I was over the top impressed and would recommend her to anyone needing catering, whether it is for a large or small group of people. I loved working with her and would definitely ask her to cater future events!
Vivian is the BEST! I hired her to prepare a surprise birthday dinner for my girlfriend. Every aspect of the evening was world class, from set-up and serving to our mouth watering 4-course meal. Culture catering is a very professional team. Combined they bring culinary expertise with event planning, which provided a well rounded addition to our event.
