- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I use a 3 step approach that I call 3D: Discover, Design, Deliver. I work with a client to determine their wants and goals for their business, career or team direction, we then design a plan to reach them and structure the process to deliver the outcomes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A native of Cyprus, I have lived, studied and worked in Europe, North America, and South America. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from London University and my Doctorate from University of Paris, specializing in Microbiology and Genetics. With more than 20 years of experience in leadership and management in both startup and corporate environments, I specialize in change management and help organizations scale their business systems towards sustainable growth. My global perspectives on business and life are foundational tools for shaping the culture of your world. My coaching style encourages ownership and responsibility.
