FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very job dependent. If someone has made the decision they need professional assistance with organization challenges, I do not want money to be the sole determining factor in their choice of a qualified professional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the client and I have spoken by phone we schedule our first appointment. During the first appointment, we develop our vision for the completed project. I work at my client's pace. I am happy to accommodate those with mobility issues. Our appointments are scheduled in two or three hour blocks. Organizing requires many decisions to be make and this is both emotionally and mentally taxing. I appreciate this and do not push my clients to work beyond their personal limits. At the end of each appointment, I recap our progress and we discuss where we will be working next. This way we can identify any items that need to be purchased prior to the next appointment. As an organizer coach, we often spend time talking through the decision making process and address any emotional issues that come up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I understand the impact of different personality types in the way clients make decisions. I coach individuals who struggle with time management, goal setting and achievement, motivation, and procrastination. I coach my clients to feel empowered in their decision making.
