I sent Tim a money order for his services. Though it was sent Priority Mail,unfortunately it got held up (lost) for almost two weeks. The money order was for the amount owed him,plus an additional $100.00 for work he had left to do.When the payment didn't arrive when expected, he accused me of intentionally trying to not pay him, even though I emailed him a scan of the money order receipt and tracking number. He was beyond rude and unprofessional and has yet to send me the overpayment as promised as he claimed he is a man of his word.I am out of state which makes it difficult to address matters like this.

Unfortunately we were unable to satisfy this customer. Firstly, the money order was not held up for almost two weeks, it was over a month. Secondly, I never received any scan of a money order or tracking number. If I was rude (and at this point my patience was understandably at an end) I do apologize. I am a man of my word and I have hundreds of very happy customers to back up that claim. Anyone who receives an estimate from me can check my references at any time. Again, I am sorry we were not able to satisfy this particular customer and I will use what I have learned from this experience to improve my customer service and my business as a whole.
