I would highly recommend Northstar for all of your carpet or upholstery cleaning needs. Avdo is a true professional and he does an amazing job! I originally turned down his quote because a couple other companies were quoting lower, but then started pushing hard on extra services that Avdo did for no extra charge. He reached out to me to see if I would be willing to give him the opportunity to possibly match the other quotes. After providing him some information about the other quotes and their inclusions, Avdo was gracious enough to match the lowest quote. Needless to say, I hired him for the job and he did amazing work. He was even great with my 9 year-old Autistic son who followed him all over and talked his ear off while he was working. I was so happy with his service and professionalism that I added an extra $30 to the price he quoted me. I'm hoping to be able to use him again soon for some future cleaning projects I might have.
