I recently was asked to figure out why a computer wouldn't start. I brought the computer to my office and after a bit of troubleshooting found that the power supply had been damaged. I found a low cost replacement on-line, received it a couple days later and had the computer repaired and back to the customer within a week.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Before you call anyone to fix your technology, first try turning it off and on again. If that doesn't work, try searching for an easy answer to your problem on Google. If the first two tries fail, it's time to call me or someone else you trust.
