Steve was the first to respond and flexible on appointment time. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his diagnosis and repair & even-though he had to spend more time than he figured he held his fee to the amount originally quoted.

I went to Steve originally for pc boot issues with a new HDD. He went above and beyond to try and transfer the contents of my old broken HDD to my new one, but the old one was just too far gone to recover anything from. Very professional, and tries everything he can to fix the issue. Highly rccomended!
