I absolutely LOVE Diana. I was beyond desperate looking for someone who would help me with my protection order against my abuser (I also had a baby with him to make it even more of a complicated case) I had multiple I mean atleast 50 lawyers look at my case(99% were male lawyers) and of course I felt victim shamed with each one even the two other women I met with. Diana NOT only took my case but took it on a SUNDAY! Most lawyers you can’t even reach on the weekend but my case was that following week and she took time out of her weekend to meet with me to collect all my evidence, she not once shamed me or made me feel like I could of prevented it, she has been working non stop to make sure me and my son stay protected. We have a special circumstances so we can’t actually submit my evidence over anything but in person and give it to the judge to protect me and my information and even during covid she is willing to go in person to keep our information safe. Diana had kept contact with me consistently, updates me everytime something happens files motions to stop my abuser from continuing our cases(he’s done it 3 times before I hired her) her priority is her client, she isn’t the type of lawyer who does the minimum work and charges you the max amount possible. I’ve worked with Eric boehmer and she is on the same level as him. I don’t know how it took me so long to find her but I will send everyone I know to her. Most women in positions like me don’t have 10k-15k to hire someone who will help us, her prices are beyond reasonable she is very educated, she’s so sweet and even reached out to see if we could just come to agreement with my abusers mean and nasty lawyer and of course he said no because you know how abusers are they are never in the wrong. She has safe guards in place for my son and I for court and she just is the person to call when you have had enough. I’ve tried to do my own protection order hearings with him and was torn to shreds by my abusers lawyer, I’m finally getting some reinsurance and peace! My case is complicated I have 3 other lawyers involved in Similar things each in their own section she has been willing to work and coordinate with them to not only help win her case but to help with my other cases. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. I broke down in tears the day I called and talk to her and she told me she was going to help me on a Sunday she’s made me feel completely secure this whole process. She goes so above and beyond for her clients! Best decision ever was not giving up and finding her!

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I offer sliding scale fees, so all fees are based on client income (up to a set ceiling). I offer hourly rates and, on certain cases, also offer flat rate services.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  First, we will schedule a time to talk on the phone, over Zoom, or in person to make sure that I can help you and that we are a good fit. I never charge for this initial consultation. If you decide to work with me, I will ask you for certain information, then proceed with your case, whether that means filing a new case, preparing your response to a case filed against you, or entering a case in progress.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I recieved my law degree from Washington University in Saint Louis (go bears!) where I recieved the Family Law Award and the Barnikol Award for Public Service. I served as a teaching assistant for family law and worked closely with several family law practitioners while I was in law school. I also received my Master of Social work from Washington University and my undergraduate degree from Gonzaga University.
