I am loving the experience and professionalism of working with Jason from Paw Haven so far. I looked at several different companies to help train our family puppy. Ace, like most puppies is stubborn and testing the waters a lot in our home. (To see what he can getaway with) Jason was very through with the consultation and 1 st training session providing feedback on the best plan for Ace. He answered all of my questions and helped calm my nerves about all of concern with my dog. The price is also very reasonable compared to the competition out there! Jason seems very well versed in training dogs and loves what he does. I look forward to having a well behaved puppy dog! I highly recommend Paw Haven for your dog training needs.

Jason is extremely knowledgeable about dogs, dog breeds and dog training. We are in the puppy training phase and will continue through Service Dog training. He is as professional training the human owners as well as the dog.

We have a rescue dog that had fear of noises and anxiety issues. She is a sweet lab mix. After contacting Paw Haven and engaging with them , Paw Haven was able to work with her to overcome these fears and enabled us with the right tools to assure our dog doesn't develop these fears and anxiety in the future. Would recommend them to anyone. Very professional, always responsive, and willing to answer calls with any questions. You know they love dogs and only want the best for them. CS

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is a case by case. We develop individual training plans for each client. No two dogs are the same and all have a personality of their own. This includes the way that best helps them learn.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We start by meeting with you and your dog and evaluating the issues and learning about previous training (if any) and finding out what the root cause of the behavior is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Graduated specialized trainer course with the Academy of Pet Careers, certified canine good citizen evaluator and instructors. Graduated the behavior course with Academy of Pet Careers. Registered member with the Association of Pet dog Trainers.
