- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Rochellez Photography, we strive to be a fun, professional, and affordable photography service. Rochelle believes beautiful photography should be available for everyone, she enjoys using creative ways to keep her clients in a comfortable budget. Rochellez offers an a la carte menu, a number of custom and creative package deals. Images delivered in a private online gallery, downloads, and DVDs for image storage, music slideshows, and other portrait keepsakes for the whole family. ========================= Standard Portrait Session $125 ========================= Session Fee Includes: *Pre-session planning and design consultation *1 hour of creative photography *1 DIGITAL FILE Down Load (1 PICTURE) *Artistic retouching and preparation of 10 images *Online gallery to view and order from *Save 20% on print orders over $85.00 **Travel is included unless outside of 15 miles from Bellerive Acres If my standard session doesn't quite fit, let's talk... - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact through ThumbTack, I would encourage a free consultation. Below are the steps of using Rochellez Photography. CONSULTATION (FREE) This is where I hope to learn about you and what you are looking for in your photo-shoot. The consultation is usually over the phone, but can be in person. This time gives us a chance to connect, to learn more about each-other, and how I can best serve you. I will be able to answer any questions you have about the photo session process, what you can expect, what is required of you, what my role is, and the next steps to move forward. BOOK YOUR DATE After the initial consultation, if you feel I am a good fit for your photography needs we can set a date and time for your photo-session and you can choose from my alacart menu of services, choose a creative package deal, or we can work together to custom fit a package that fits your needs. At this point I will need a $25 booking deposit to hold your session date. The $25 deposit is deducted from your total session fee. The the balance is due on the day of your photography session. CONTRACT & DEPOSIT A signed contract is required along with the $25 non-refundable deposit to hold your session date. At this time accepted payments are Cash, Cash App, and Paypal. After your booking deposit is secured and with in 24 hours I will send you (my client) a photo session contract that will spell out every detail that was discussed regarding your photo session to be completed. After you (the client) signs the contract, we will be all set to move forward with the planned photo session. *Booking deposits are not refundable. If for some reason you need to reschedule your date, I do allow a 1 time free rescheduled appointment. PREPARING FOR YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION I will send you an email questionnaire to help us both plan all the details of your upcoming day! I cover everything from the look and feel of your photos, to the type of setting, props, wardrobe, etc. I am in the process of preparing a special PDF guide for all of my clients that offers important tips on preparing for your shoot. It covers outfit preparation, what happens if it rains on your session date, what are some fashion dos and don’ts, how to hydrate to make your skin look beautiful, and more! If you have any questions just ask. YOUR SESSION DAY Now that you are fully prepared and any worries have diminished, it’s time to show up ready for an awesome experience. I start with a few lighting / tech prep shots to get you warmed up and totally stomp out any of those nagging concerns. Throughout our time together I will guide you through posing, prop use, and capturing the authentic beautiful you. Just relax and have fun! I will take care of rest. PICKING YOUR FAVORITES 5 to 7 days after your photo-session I will email you a PROOF ONLY GALLERY of unedited images. According to the terms of our agreement, you will have a certain number of images to choose that will be edited. There will be instructions on how to Favorite the images you want to be edited. DELIVERY OF YOUR IMAGES Approximately 4-6 weeks after you have picked your favorites, you will receive an online gallery with your edited images. From there you can FAVORITE the included # of Digital Files that are a part of your session package. You will not be able to download them from the gallery. I will email them to you so you can download them into your PC. After I have emailed you the Digital Files / related products included in your session, my obligation is complete. Your personal gallery will be available for 6 weeks after you have received your final emailed digital files. Take this to share your gallery with your friends and family to purchase prints, framed wall art, and keepsake products. Even though we live in a digital world, hanging and having photos in your home gives your space a warmer feel. Use your gallery create beautifully curated products to put in your home. Ordering through your private online gallery... Per Print Pricing Ranges: PRINTS: $2.04 - $67.03 Digital Files are purchased directly through me. Digital Files cost between $95.00 to $10.00 each + Tax & Shipping. Total cost depends on the total number of digital files ordered. All Digital Files have non exclusive rights to print and share. Digital File Cost Break Down: PERSONAL USE: 1 Digital File for personal use is $50.00 2 to 5 Digital Files for personal use is $35.00 each 6 to 14 Digital Files for personal use is $20.00 each 15 to 25 Digital Files for personal use is $15.00 each 26 to 35 Digital Files for personal use is $10.00 each BUSINESS USE: 1 Digital File for business use is $95.00 2 to 5 Digital Files for business use is $75.00 each 6 to 14 Digital Files for business use is $65.00 each 15 to 25 Digital Files for business use is $55.00 each 26 to 35 Digital Files for business use is $45.00 each
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had a camera in my hands since I was very little, soo natural talent is definitely a factor. But my education has come primarily through reading books, on the job training, You Tube U, and lots of practice. Even with a busy schedule, I do my best to take online classes monthly.
