FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 25 dollars a session. If someone is looking to come more often I also charge 250 dollars monthly for 3 sessions a week. If someone wants to further their involvement at the gym, I am willing to work out a price plan that accommodates both you and I to the best of our benefit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am studying to take my CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) exam. After that I am going to spend some time abroad in Germany to learn from some of their strength coaches. Following that we will see.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My evolution began in highschool. I was a little scrawny kid. Before I got into sports I got into strength training. I put on 50 pounds of muscle in a little over a year. Some of that however can be attributed to puberty, I can't take all the credit. With a new level of confidence I tried out for the track team and even started a Lacrosse club with some friends. Since then I have competed in rock climbing, crossfit, and olympic lifting. I went to school at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse for Exercise Science and Strength and Conditioning and Sport Nutrition. Now that I am graduated I am even more passionate about health and wellness, strength and conditioning, and fitness. I want to share those qualities and I look forward to helping you.
