Introduction: I have a real passion for training people. In my free time I am reading articles/books/news on different sports and nutrition to further my knowledge and the experience of my clients. I love the ability to motivate people to try harder, to be better and to see what they are capable of then push them beyond their limits. We are all capable of great feats of strength, and I believe what we are willing to push ourselves through in the gym transfers to all other aspects of life.

Cole is a very genuine person who shows genuine interest in his clients goals and training. He is the type of person who sets example by leading from the front. He works hard himself and pushes his clients to work harder too. When you are lacking motivation or are having a bad day training, he's right there with you to pick you up and make sure you get the most out of the session.

I trained with Cole for 5 weeks and I'm gonna train with him the next four months too. I am convinced he is one of the best and qualified trainers I ever had. I ran the track for 14 years and I've never had a better train by my side. My strength skills increased so much I feel stronger ever day. Further, I learned how to train myself how to keep me in shape while I'm not able to train at a gym. I can really recommend Cole Goddard as a personal trainer he totally met all my expectations and convinced with his knowledge about nutrition and training. Thanks Cole for bringing and keeping me in shape.

My partner and I hired Cole as our personal trainer about two months ago and we are beyond satisfied. We love everything about our sessions (even the burpees) and we have both improved our strength and technique. Cole definitely knows what he's talking about and he's able to work around any issues we have - lower back problems, a weak shoulder, etc. - and give us exercises to prevent those problems in the future. He's also very flexible about our schedule week to week. We normally work out at 6:30 AM but this week we're doing a 6 PM session. I think what I enjoy most though about our sessions is Cole's attitude and personality. I wanted a personal trainer who could push my limits but I didn't want someone who would yell and scream at me. Cole is motivating and supportive while still keeping you accountable and challenging you every session. My partner and I genuinely enjoy going to the gym and hanging out with him. There's no dread or guilt involved. I never leave a session feeling like I pushed too hard or not hard enough. Working out with Cole has changed my approach to exercise. It's a process to becoming as strong and fit as you want to be. It's not a competition every time. We're planning on sticking with Cole for quite a while and I highly recommend his services to anyone who's serious about fitness and personal health.
