Introduction: Metro Power Yoga's Julie Bergfeld, ERYT-200 and RYT-500 Baptiste Certified Power Vinyasa yoga instructor, knows that yoga can touch the most untouchable and inflexible lives. Bergfeld discovered yoga when she was about to give up running due to persistent and frequent injuries. Nothing seemed to work except for the yoga. Over the years, she stuck with it and initially pursued teacher training as a way to deepen her own practice, with no intention of teaching. Upon completing her first 200-hour certification, she realized the power of the practice and wants to share it with everyone.
