I found Brett through Thumbtack and his immediate response was especially important to me. I needed data recovery & from the time he received my hard drive, he took less than 24h to diagnose and notify me of the problem. Unfortunately, not by his fault or inability, my data was unrecoverable so he worked with me on the cost. Excellent, professional, punctual service.
