Introduction: I am a fully insured and certified building inspector. My expertise includes years of construction and rehab experience. Helping home buyers, sellers and even existing home owners better understand their property is what I do. I take pride in providing excellent customer service and explaining things in terms that anyone will understand.
In addition to building inspections services, I also offer several other beneficial services as follows:
-Wood destroying insect (termite inspection)
-Lateral sewer scope, which is a process in which a camera is sent through the properties' sewer line to detect problems.
-Radon testing. I use a continuous monitor for immediate results after the 48-test period.
-Mold inspection and testing. I provide a variety of air and surface testing to identify mold problems.

My Fiance and I were really glad that we chose Todd Smith as our Home Inspector. Todd was very meticulous about every aspect of the process, which was what we wanted.
