The contractor was 3 hours late, left trash, and didn't clean up any of the mess that was created from drilling into the wall. He did not bring his tools and had to borrow ours. The TV that was mounted was crooked both horizontally and vertically. We had requested wires to be hidden in wall, but they came out with molding to dress the wires outside of the wall. Very disappointed in the service that was received. The job requested was not the job that was performed, so essentially I'm paying for the same job twice to have another company come out and do what was requested the first time.Dec 9, 2019VerifiedCastle AV Media Solutions's reply
I am sorry that your unhappy with your Installation these statements were new to us when discussed some of your thoughts on the service we gave you. I have offered to come out to rectify the issues no response. You signed off that day and did not say these things to us. We do not use pricing tactics and we include the common installation parts and services within our price. we are a high quality theater craftsman service company who warranties our work for up to two years.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?College degree in Computer science, certifications by Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA, and Cedia.
