Working out with Michael is a very rewarding experience every day. Michael is there with you every minute of your workout, guiding you through it every inch inch of the way. He listens to your goals that you want to reach and guides you in the right direction. He has help me achieve my goals and continues to help me reach new goals everyday. He is very knowledgable in the fields of fitness, health and nutrition. He understands the importance of these three things in everyday life and shares this knowledge with everyone that walks into DNA and beyond. He is very a very devoted individual to these beliefs. He is always there to help you through whatever it is that you may need. Michael is truly a unique individual and a great friend.

I believe that with the proper education and training, anyone can become a personal trainer; however, being a coach is a skill that cannot be taught. Michael Keane epitomizes what it means to be a coach and proves every session exactly why he was born to be one. To begin, Mike's influence goes far above and beyond helping his clients see results (which they do, and then some!) He has made me feel like my progress is his utmost priority and there is no limit to what he will do to help me reach my goals. In fact, he once offered to pick up my thyroid medication just to make sure I was taking proper care of myself when life got hectic! He also did a personalized grocery store tour with me in his free time, free of charge. At times when I have doubted myself the most, Mike has been right there in my corner, cheering me on and believing in me when I am convinced that all hope is lost. I have known him for over two years now, and he continues to challenge me daily to do things I never thought possible. There is no better decision you can make for your health or your life than working with Mike-I promise you won't regret it!

I highly recommend giving the DNA experience a try with Mike. I have worked with Mike now for over two years and I can't imagine going back to my old lifestyle, which included very little physical activity, incredibly poor nutrition and really just an overall poor attitude as it came to taking care of my overall health. I'm a numbers person and pride myself on being fairly frugal with my budget, but I can definitely say this is one of the best ways I spend my money. I was impressed straight away with Mike's balanced approach to both mental and physical well being. Mike has a true passion for what he does and incredible skill set as well. He seems to continuously be working to ensure he is learning about the newest information in well being and coaches by example. Not only have I progressed to better nutrition and workout habits, but I've gained confidence in my abilities and learned to embrace challenges. Another benefit to the DNA experience is the community feel I have every time I'm there. I've developed relationships with the other trainers and clients and enjoy hearing about their latest accomplishments. For me, nutrition and fitness have become a daily part of life and while I may not make the right decision every day, I've learned that this is about lifestyle and as long as I keep working to continuously improve myself it's worth those challenging moments along the way.

I have been working out here since May 2014 and do not have enough time or space to list all the great things about this place. Michael K. has been my trainer and does an excellent job keeping the workouts intense and fun (even when I hate a specific exercise). Not one session with Mike has been the same since I started and each new exercise/lift/movement is fully explained and if I am slow on catching on, everyone there is always open to helping/answering questions. They're mission is to get each person that walks in to be "a better version of themselves". And after each session, even if I feel like I might have to crawl to my car, I know that I'm getting there because of the knowledgable and effective trainers at DNA!
