Thanks so much Larry!
Very polite, caring, and knew how to sniff out some bad habits within our first two sessions. She also gave me advice on how to deal with them.Mar 11, 2019Verified
Susan is delightful. She is so skilled and knowledgeable. Her positivity and reframing are refreshing. She has helped me see my situation more clearly and objectively. She is a wonderful active listener and very focused on my agenda and needs. I greatly appreciate her navigation as I identify next steps in my career and in clarifying my goals. Her network of resources is also very helpful. I have already shared her name with friends and family. I highly recommend her!Jul 30, 2018Verified
Susan is excellent! She listens intently and helps focus in on the important things pushing the clutter aside. I'm also a big fan of her super accommodating schedule and the lovely setting she's curated for meeting. If you feel you might need a nudge, she will get you out of your own way, and fast!Feb 23, 2018VerifiedLife Coaching with Susan Piontek’s's reply
Thank you Amanda. Such a pleasure to work with you!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My usual fee is $80/hr. but my first session is 1 1/2 hours to do an In-depth Initial Intake. My charge for that service is $120. If we choose to go over an hour, you will be charged in 20 minute increments. If you have a financial challenge, please let me know.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My first session is 1 1/2 hours so that I have a good understanding of what your challenges are and get some knowledge of who you are. In a relaxed environment, you will have the opportunity to give me some information on your background; your family; what you hope to accomplish through coaching and what you see as your biggest challenge to achieving your desires.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My Masters Degree in Education/Counseling from Washington University. My Coaching Certification from the Coach Training Alliance in Boulder,Colorado prepared me optimally for this practice with 50-75 hours of coaching individuals included as part of the curriculum and my 14 years of experience as a Life Coach. My experience as the Executive Director of Kids In the Middle enabled me work with children and parents and to offer them support, encouragement and tools to work with in an ever changing environment as they dealt with a divorce. CME Credits (Continuing Medical Education) from Harvard University.
