- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on the project. We typically charge a lump sum fee for our projects. This allows are clients to know how much they are spending before the project starts. We do however have a cap on hours. This provides a better understanding for the time a project takes and if it does go over the time, a way to be fairly compensated. We want to avoid conflict of fees of course and we will always let our clients know if there are expected overages and why.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to first learn what I can about client's business and goals. We cater our services to our client. In person meetings are preferred. I am practical yet creative and strategic. I recommend what is best for you, not us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend numerous marketing and design related seminars throughout the St. Louis area as well as read a lot to stay on top of my industry. In my field you must stay ahead or you will quickly fall behind.
