Introduction: My background is in exercise science and sports rehab. I focus on getting the body to move with more ease and less pain. If you workout or have neck soreness from sleeping on it wrong, I can help you. My specialties are trigger point therapy, deep tissue, and sports rehab. Cupping and taping is also included in my services if it is necessary. I am happy to provide therapeutic massage if that’s what you need. I am mobile, so I will bring my table and equipment to you.
