I've been working with Hillary for a few years and can't say enough good things about her. Her workouts are fun, creative, and challenging and catered specifically to the individual needs and goals of each client. She is also extremely flexible and will do whatever she can to accommodate each client's schedule. During the pandemic, she provided us with safe, virtual workouts while maintaining a positive and supportive attitude. She is not just a trainer, but a great friend. Highly recommended!

FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The first session is free! We go over goals, previous injuries, fitness history, and nutrition. Then we’ll do a little workout to assess form and make a plan!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine since August 2016, and I have been formally trained in fundamentals and advanced stretching by Dynamic Fitness Management. I also have a certification to teach boxing through Guidry Training Systems.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I’ve been interested in exercise since the second grade. I got a trainer about 7 years ago, and she told me how to get into the profession. A few classes later, I was training my own clients.
