Not complicated at all. $60 an hour to train with me out of a beautiful studio. $70 to come to you but will need to know what kind if equipment you have at your disposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Read on new and upcoming trends to see if its a good fit for clients. Keep up on medical reports about weight loss. Follow many great trainers in you tube.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After my own successful journey I began teaching group classes. Was successful and decided I wanted to also help others one on one.
