FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I put hours and hours of thought into every single price I give. My packages are designed to give the most bang for your buck so I do try to push them rather than just buying an hour of my time and buying all the prints individually. I am more than happy to swap out one size print for a different size - as long as they are equal. (I will always swap an 8x10 for 2 4x6's or 8 wallets. I will never swap a 5x7 for an 11x17. That's just silly!)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You get what you pay for. Sure, I may be a little more expensive than another student, but I have 3 years of professional experience and my images speak for themselves.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Photography is not just about clicking a button. I am in school full time studying my trade, taking business and technical classes so I can be well-versed in all aspects. I also do all my own editing and website hosting to cut down on cost, but in turn that makes my job a little more difficult. I am more than happy to go over our allotted time by a few minutes so I can get just the right shot. It makes me happy to have happy (and repeat) customers!
