- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Roofs are priced based on a number of factors: 1) How steep the roof is 2) How much surface area 3) How high the roof is off the ground 4) How much tear-off is needed 5) What type of roof is being installed 6) What type of materials are being used There are other factors as well, but these are the basics of what determines price. Our roof inspectors combine all of these factors in order to provide an estimate.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do both residential and commercial roofing, siding and gutters. This includes both flat roofs and shingle roofs. We provide Free Roof Inspections and Free Estimates.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If someone were looking to hire a roofer, they should check to see their online reviews. Most websites do a good job weeding out false reviews. If you've got good reviews, chances are you're a decent company. Also, talk to the salesman and see if you trust him--you can tell a lot just by talking to him. Lastly, ask for references. Try to find other home owners that were happy with his services.
