Introduction: I specialize in Swedish Deep Tissue and Sports Massage with a emphasis on Stretching and Breathing. My Technique is Unique and Energy & Body Focused to bring lasting Healing and Relaxation. I also give suggestive homework exercises for the body and mind for clients to do based on their specific needs My skill set is always evolving to educate myself and clients I always do my best to consult and properly educate myself on each clients individual concerns so we can effectively treat each problem area together and indivially by giving massage "homework" to each client to help them relax and experience relief after and until their next session I enjoy healing and helping people learn more about self wellness I also enjoy learning about the body and our muscles how they work how they heal and ways to make them last longer I think more than anything I love how relieved and renewed people feel once they get off my table. Though we do understand things happen in life all same day cancellations either result in a forfeiture of balance if prepayment has been made and cancellations are less than 4 hours away from scheduled appointment or $75 cancellation fee more than 5 hours from scheduled appointment
