Rob did a fabulous job booking a trip to Mexico for 6 women, travelling from 3 different cities, on a budget. We had a tremendously grand time! We are all grateful to Rob for making it happen. We'll be contacting him again to book the trip next year :)

I worked with Rob Schainker in 2012 for an winter/off-season trip to London, Prague, Vienna, and Munich. He found excellent hotels and great travel connections. He worked similar magic in 2015 for a trip to Vietnam and Thailand. Great to work with - highest recommendation!

On all the trips to Mexico that Rob has planned for myself and family. Have been wonderful.He is up to date on all the latest trips , hotels and excursions . Definitely will continue to use him again for future trips.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    The world changes and you need to keep pace with those changes and developments. You can't always be everywhere and experience everything firsthand, so Webinars have become very useful along with virtual experiences.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    We handle all types of travel products from airline ticket purchases to tours, cruises and travel insurance. There's an increase in family group travel from different departure cities which requires coordination. We're also seeing an increase in customized travel itineraries in Europe, river cruises and adventure travel.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Don't let price be your only guide. There's a big difference between something that is a good price and something that's a good value. It's rarely the same for two people. Travel today has become more of a challenge and it good to know that someone has your back. We work for our clients and not the travel providers. Let us be your travel advocate.
