- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The world changes and you need to keep pace with those changes and developments. You can't always be everywhere and experience everything firsthand, so Webinars have become very useful along with virtual experiences.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We handle all types of travel products from airline ticket purchases to tours, cruises and travel insurance. There's an increase in family group travel from different departure cities which requires coordination. We're also seeing an increase in customized travel itineraries in Europe, river cruises and adventure travel.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't let price be your only guide. There's a big difference between something that is a good price and something that's a good value. It's rarely the same for two people. Travel today has become more of a challenge and it good to know that someone has your back. We work for our clients and not the travel providers. Let us be your travel advocate.
