- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We each strive to spend at least 30 minutes each day immersing ourselves in the latest developments in our chosen areas of focus. We are also partners with Google and other major influencers and are constantly attending their partner sessions for the latest changes to search and social.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started Blank Page in 2007 after years of avoiding the inevitable - I'm a writer. I grew up in a family of writers and saw how hard it can be and did not want to be one. In college, I chose a major (Business with a focus in Nonprofit Management) that was - I thought - the polar opposite of anything to do with writing, and my professors read my papers and told me that they felt I needed to put my focus there. Their recommendations led to freelance marketing and writing projects and eventually, I found myself with a full book of clients. Luckily, writing in this day and age can be profitable and I grew up professionally as social media was coming of age and immediately found a way to put my talents to use to support my family.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We work to be scaleable so that everyone from a start-up on a shoestring budget to a large multi-national corporation can benefit from the experience our team has to offer.
