The back-light on my old computer went out and I wanted to retrieve all of my files from my old computer to my new one. Most of the places I looked at (Bestbuy, and other local computer repair stores) wanted to charge me somewhere around $75 to $100 to save this information. Ben only charged me $50. Not only was it cheaper, but when it was taking my files a lot longer to be uploaded he tried at least three different ways to get my information to me before it finally worked. He's very knowledgeable and committed to solving your problem. I was very pleased with his work and I would definitely recommend him to others who are having computer problems. Excellent service.

Ben was knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to reset the admin and other user account passwords for which the passwords had been lost. He was quite diligent in working through a few issues with this particular PC to accomplish this. I highly recommend him if you have PC problems to solve.
