Working with the team at Big Bow Events was a real pleasure. They helped us with planning and designs a beautiful Mandap and lovely florals that beat the prices on most every other company. They really listened to us and met us at the venue to design our concepts. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is getting married.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Unlike the big rental houses, we are a boutique business that specializes in matching colors and overall themes that our clients request. You aren't limited to have to pick from what is in stock. We customize every event. No too events of ours look the same. Because, your vision is all your own. Our job is to successfully communicate that vision to your guests. We would be proud to meet with you so that we can help bring clarity to what you're imagining and let you know what can be done. Most of our client's are impressed to find that they can get a lot more from their budget than they ever thought they could.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that the provider truly listens to you and your religious/cultural needs. Make sure that they not only respect them, but can provide the authentic "must have's" for you. Get other bids and check the quality of the items they are providing for you. Make sure they commit to your date, vision and budget in writing with a formal contract for services. This way they have everything you want and are accountable should they fall short of your expectations. If they cannot show you examples of their work that relates to your needs- keep shopping. But, once you are comfortable- make sure you keep them in the loop in the event your vision needs modification.
