I did received the work - the writings were average, repetitive, & a bit cheesy. I requested a few revisions and it's almost the same. I politely asked for 1/3 of my refund back if this works for him but not obligated. Then in the email he tells me that we should never work again ever. At the end, he was rude mainly because he mentioned other clients and made me feel not important because he's too "busy" for other clients. He have made it a fact to bring it up and I don't know what I'm going to do anymore. I would never in my line of work email a reply to a customer and tell them that they 'HAVE TO' leave a review a certain way even if I think that they are not welcome for my business anymore. I'm sorry to have been a needy, but his lack of professionalism is very discouraging. No one with an online business will ever get far with an attitude like that. People will not need reviews to get business. Not really happy with his service at all.

Not complicated at all. I either bill by the hour or by the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first and most important thing is understanding what a client's expectations are. If I feel I can meet or exceed them, I'm in. It's important to understand a client's objectives, vision, and budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do. I'm currently studying to earn my Google AdWords certification. I recently earned my HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification and I constantly study WordPress with other professionals.
