They gave me a window from 11-1, and they showed up at 12:45. Of course, that is certainly in the window. However, there wasn't much communication about when it they might come. That being said, the person that showed up to do the work was very cordial and professional. The work was pretty good, but it didn't quite get the pet urine smell out of one of the rooms. I had to clean the carpet again. I would say if you have a typical carpet cleaning job, this company would be just fine.Jun 12, 2015VerifiedRon G.'s reply
Jay, Thank you for your feedback. I would like to inform you that sometimes pet odor treatment may take a 2nd treatment. If you would like to, please call the office to set up a time for us to come back out to retreat the areas of concern. If the urine has made it to the padding, the only way to ensure removal is to remove the pad and clean both front and back of carpet.

After a walk through of my residence Ron gave me an estimate explaining what they were going to do for the cost. I immediately accepted and they immediately went to work. They were estimating four plus hours for complete cleaning of the duct work and then cleaning the carpet. They worked non stop and did a great job. I was very pleased with the job.Jun 6, 2015

Ron and his crew have been cleaning my carpets for several years. I have dogs that shed and a house full of hair. Every 3-4 months I have them steam clean my couch and carpets. They show up on time, do a great job are very kind and polite. I would never use another carpet cleaning company ever again. I even drug my boat carpet home from the lake to have THEM clean it because I trust them. Affordable they are, otherwise I couldn't have them come as often as I do. A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!May 21, 2015
I initially called Ron for carpet cleaning, but it turned into a MUCH bigger job after our basement flooded. Ron and his crew went above and beyond to prevent mold and fix the problem before cleaning our carpets. AMAZINGLY DEDICATED and wonderful customer service.May 19, 2015
