We had tried a couple of different training programs with my dog before we found Casey, and wow, what a difference! Other programs were okay when it comes to basic obedience but were merely adequate. Unlike other programs that teach you and your dog the basics and then end, Casey's classes lay the foundation for obedience and then go beyond, proofing and reinforcing the behavior so that your dog will listen every time, no matter what distractions are around. The classes are fun and they are a great way to bond with your dog! And after spending hundreds of dollars on a few months of "good enough" training we were ecstatic to find that we could pay one fee and have training for the rest of my dog's life. We love the difference we've seen in our dog and the new confidence he has. He is a happier, more well-adjusted dog and we can't go out of the house without someone commenting on how well behaved he is. Every dog with get will be taken to Casey for training, we are now customers for life!Apr 28, 2013
Dog Training - Board and Train
We met with Casey yesterday and set up training for our dog and are looking very forward to starting this process with Casey and his staff. We were very impressed with their philosophy of training not only the pet but the owners. Can't wait to get started!Aug 18, 2016Verified
Dog Training - Board and Train
We purchased the lifetime training and so far (3weeks) they have managed to give us a new dog. He is manageable. He LISTENS. He is no longer as reactive to other dogs. We also have the tools to handle him if we get in to a sticky situation. There are no limits for us now! We went from being told to kill our dog to having a wonderful life companion!Jun 7, 2016Verified
I got to the training facility for a consultation, and no one was there for service. It wasn't a short drive, either. Very disappointed.Jan 30, 2016VerifiedCasey Ray's STL Dog Trainers's reply
This client went to the wrong location. She was corresponding back and forth with the staff at our Ballwin location, but proceeded to go to our Wildwood location for her free consultation. It just so happened that at that location, and on that same day,the two trainers staffed, closed early to tend to a dire need, in home dog training situation down in Cedar Hill, MO. I contacted Kayla (who left negative review) and offered to personally handle her training AND even offered her $100 off any training package for her inconvenience. She went on to tell me she already found another trainer and for me please to no longer contact her! Obviously, our other reviews show our true colors. Just a simple miscommunication. Definitely not deserving of a one star, negative review. -Casey
