Latest Review: I have purchased 3 - ten visit session so far with Age Advantage Fitness and I don't see myself ending this relationship with Mark as my trainer any time soon.
Mark puts a great deal of work, planning and attention into every session. He is well planned and explains every exercise, the proper way to do the exercise, and the benefits. The thing I enjoy most about my program is that it is alway changing and seldom have I ever done the same exercise twice. This keeps the muscles "thinking, and not adapting," to the routine which means I gain more benefit from each session quickly. At most gyms you hire a 20 something year old trainer who shows their ability to count reps for you. I don't need someone to count for me, I enjoy my one on one session with Mark, in the privacy of his fitness studio and the rapport we have developed through my accomplishments.
Mark's fitness studio is top notch and can rank with the best of any gym in town. Mark has all the needed equipment that is well kept, and cleaned after every client.
I am a 55 year old corporate executive who doesn't have time for the gym scene, yet through my sessions with Mark, I have improved upon my energy, flexibility, dropped 2 pants sizes, and feel great! I look forward to every session. Thank you Mark, I highly recommend Mark as a trainer and Coach.
