Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I have 20 years of experience working with behavior modification and reconditioning with Canines. Each dog is unique, as is the situation they live in. I customize each client's program based on their needs. One size does not fit all.. I love to see the person and the canine better understand one another. The moment you see a fearful pup begin to socialize or an unruly walker heel, you understand that it's a life changing occurrence for both the canine and the human. They are each learning to better communicate. It's always amazing to witness.

Sorry this is long but Micah deserves the good review. Micah has a gentle approach and a complete understanding of feline psychology; he clearly loves cats and animals in general. I trust him with my two cats. Micha had 3-4 lengthy stays with my cats (several overnighters, which I chose because if nothing else the cats are used to having someone overnight and do just fine during the day alone), and one or two occasions of a few twice-a-day drop-ins). The "boarding" can be at his home or yours, and I chose mine. The options were to stop by as asked, or stay overnight, the latter of which I chose. The cats took to him immediately (cat lovers know that some cats can be a little distant with new people, but mine immediately welcomed him to the apartment...this speaks to Micah's gentle temperament and gift with animals). On our first meeting several years ago, Micah came to the apartment first to meet them, get a lay of the land, and spend time understanding their quirks as well as learning from me what I need for them (and for me!) to be comfortable....and he did not charge to come for the "introduction" which lasted about an hour! My only concern was that one or two times I wasn't totally convinced that he really stayed overnight every night...this is my instinct and NOT something I could prove -- I don't have apartment cameras to check. (Perhaps he had a busy day and came in to play with them, get them fed and litter box cleaned, etc.) His rates are INCREDIBLY REASONABLE...WORTH EVERY PENNY...and good enough to make you want to tip him...basically its having a NYC Jackson Galaxy! Even if he charged me for a night that he may not have overnighted here, it was OK because I knew the cats were being taken care of. At one time he was not available/booked, and I used a woman who was 'bonded" but who was an absolute disaster who called me every day with some problem (fire alarm needed a battery and she didn't know how to get the beep to stop, didn't feed them or clean the box enough - I could tell by how much food & litter was used - and didn't send pix daily as promised...she also asked for all the money up front). Micah refused to be paid upfront - only after I returned - to ensure my comfort level with his services. And I didnt feel as though that Micah needed to send me pix - but he did. That said, my cats were not needy when I came home from any trip -- as if I had never left. The most recent time I had him stay with the cats I came home from the trip much earlier in the day than I had expected and it seemed he had not been there overnight; they had a lot of dry food set out for them, and a full/badly needed to be cleaned litter box...this was a first. (I don't feed them dry food other than a little handful now and then, or to play catch and hunt with, and as they share a box I clean it a couple of times a day. And, with the litter box full, one of the cats pooped on the carpet, something neither of them ever do...so that is part of what struck me as odd...again, please take with a grain of salt.) All this said, I have switched to having another person stay overnight on any trips I have because there is no question that she is a family friend, and is here as promised. I absolutely recommend Micha and False to Fido - again, because he loves-adores-lives for animals and that's what counts. He has fun ways of playing with the cats that I learned about and continue to do (again, something only a true cat lover could know). Be sure to ask him how he got the name False to Fido. I would trust him with any pet that needs medications, specific attention or had special needs...Micah just seems to live for an animal's well being. Micah is extremely intelligent - truly intellectually gifted - so you know you are dealing with someone who has an amazing head on his shoulders and **not** a space cadet. Finally, I felt comfortable that my property was safe and that he is completely trustworthy with my possessions. Go for it! Get him...and if its a holiday time period, get him reserved in advance...the time I had the weird woman referred to above, she was a second choice to Micah because he was already booked! Hope this helps anyone who needs cat or dog sitting (caring).

We have a very high anxiety dog and from day one, Micah was able to work with her, calm her down and gain trust quickly. She loves Micah as much as us (if not more- he always has the better treats). A wonderful person to trust with your dog.

We loved working with Micah, but probably not as much as our dog Maisy enjoyed seeing him every day! We were sad to see him move and he is missed!!
