Whenever my husband and I experienced the dreaded computer freeze we would take our computer to Best Buy; aka Geek Squad. Within a year and half we had to take it in two times; the cost ranging from $400.00 - $500.00. Do the math...ouch! Our bank account reflected no more funds available to repair any computer problems so on the next "freeze" we contacted Chip. We heard that he was the "go to guy" for computers and we had nothing to lose. Because we were in another state Chip consulted us over the phone all day until we solved the problems and our computer was back in working order. Unfortunately, we did not heed Chip's advice and failed to call him back to finish the process of getting our computer in top shape. (We were so happy with the results from his first consultation that we procastinated to call him back...don't do that) We paid the price this month; the hard drive is dead. Chip again came to the rescue and immediately address our problems and needs.
Three things we can say about Chip:
1. He had the knowledge.
2. He is honest. (His prices reflect that.)
3. He is TRUST WORTHY! (A big one for us especially when you're paying for it.)
Chip will always be our "go to guy" when it come to our computer.
