About: I am a certified personal trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). I have been a lifelong athlete, former basketball player, marathon runner, and airborne infantryman in the US Army. I now train in functional fitness using bodyweight movements, kettlebells, weightlifting, circuit training, Olympic lifting, and high intensity interval training. I work with my clients to create a personalized program that will help them achieve their goals while learing to be process-focused on the way to achieving those personal goals.
