Kevin was attentive and professional from the time we first reached out to him. He was friendly and accommodating and our entire group enjoyed the evening. His meal was delicious and beautifully presented. He was comfortable letting us watch and ask questions and even engaged our four year old granddaughter who wanted to help make the homemade pasta.

Kevin did an excellent job for our event. We had an outdoor setup where he prepared about 20 individual piece of six different small bite appetizers and had a server bring them around to the group. The food was delicious and expertly plated. My group really enjoyed the variety of items he prepared, and I think everyone was full at the end, even though it was only planned to be appetizers! I'd highly recommend Kevin for his professionalism, flexibility, and the creativity he used in his preparation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing quotes are a rough estimate. Ultimately, it depends on the menu that you would like, the ingredients ( higher end things like truffles and duck cost a bit more ), and how many guests will be joining you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start off with a free consultation, to find out the types of food that you enjoy and also the type of service that I can provide for you. From there, I will start planning the menu and provide you will the best experience possible.

15+ years working in restaurants ServSafe Certification (food handling and safety)
