- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
you get what you pay for, good and bad, I may not always be the cheapest but I can always guarantee I will go above and beyond to satisfy my customers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first meet with the customer and get an overview of the project,, once the customer and I have agreed on a price and timeline I like to get a project plan together and talk the customer through the whole process , start to finish , to let them know exactly what to expect throughout the project, and most importantly make them feel comfortable allowing me to enter there home, having strangers in your home can be stressful , anything I can do to alleviate that stress and make the customer more comfortable is priority number 1, aside from providing the best services money can buy

CFI certified in hard surface flooring , tile , hardwood, laminate
