Josh did an outstanding job on remodeling my children's bedrooms, opening a wall up, he specifically designed an awesome walk-in closet for them, doubling their space and ending their storage shortage. His meticulous attention to detail is commendable. He provided a thorough overview prior to beginning any work, insuring that all our requirements were met, remaining within our budget, and finishing earlier than planned. Would highly recommend him!Apr 14, 2016
As vice president of the Lakeridge Condo Owners Association in Lake Saint Louis, MO, I contracted with Josh Anderson to rebuild 11 of our wood decks. I can say without a doubt, he is one the best that I have seen. His attention to detail and of our concerns were always in our best interests. He is honest, hard-working, and just about everything one would hope for in a professional. I supervised every deck he worked on, and knew that it was first class work and a solid product. - Michael Barnum Lakeridge Condo Owners Association Lake St. Louis, MissouriMar 13, 2016

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have worked in construction for nearly 10 years with experience in a wide range of fields ranging from the initial framing to final punch list items and everything in between. I have had the opportunity to work for and alongside multiple custom home builders, several remodel specialists, and numerous contractors. In the area of home inspections, I am certified by the American Home Training (AHIT) Institute.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?It all started when I was about 15 years old and the custom home builder who had built the house my parents recently purchased came out to answer some questions about the systems in the house. Our families became friends and he offered me a job shortly thereafter. I loved working with my hands and seeing as work progressed and peoples' dreams were brought to reality. I went on from there to work for several other men in different cities as we moved around the country with the military until I got married and decided to start my own business.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?I would urge anyone who is looking for a contractor to provide quality work in any field to do their homework, ask questions, and seek to gain at least a basic understanding of the process. It has been said that: An educated consumer is the best customer.
