That it is hardly ever just a clean cut here is the price for said work when it come to remodeling a kitchen or bath. There are variables in all projects and we can only do our best to anticipate what can happen or be found when opening up or moving walls because you do not know what is in there until you do it. The older the home the more you can discover and customers must realize that no matter how long a company has been in business your home is unique and if you don't know what lies beneath how can we. All that said we are always ready with a solution or remedy to get things done and within a reasonable time frame.
