House Cleaning (One Time)
They did a one-time all over clean including windows and glass doors, and glass shelves. Started slow but they did get done in the allotted time (6 hours). Move-in or Move-out Cleaning
The service was extremely horrible. The workers came to do a move in cleaning this morning at 8:30a.m. so I asked them to call me once they were done providing services but they never got started on the job. I came back hours later and the house looked the same way it did when I was there this morning. This will be my first and last time dealing with unprofessional peers!! I am very concerned with your review. In my 5 years of business, no one has ever accused me or my company as being unprofessional or bad service. It does bother me that you feel this way. Your review has many inaccurate statements, so I will address each one as best I can. You had a timed cleaning, which means, you know when we start and finish. I sent two very qualified cleaners, one of which is a TOP cleaner that completes clean outs weekly. I also sent my Quality Control Supervisor to inspect the job before they finished. She took photos of the cleaned home and emailed to me. We like to have them for the customer to use for their realtor and such. This home was built in 1968. The baseboards were wooded and peeling - as well as the floor. There were heavily scattered paint throughout places of the home. But overall, it was cleaned. The carpets needed shampooing and / or replacing, as well. We also recommend an exterminator. You called me, and I was on the other line. You left me a very disturbing message. I immediately had my supervisor return your call, which you stated we did not clean the home. I myself spoke with you. You told me that my workers were very friendly but "did not do anything". I asked if my supervisor could return "now" and you could show her anything that you needed and she would correct it ASAP. You agreed. My supervisor went to your home, and viewed it again. Everything was as we left it - clean. While at your home the second time, we called, texted you 3 different times to return and make payment and inspect the home. My supervisor tried, and I tried. You would not return our call and did not come back to your property. We stayed for over 45 minutes waiting. During this time, 3:30 - 5:30, you went on Thumbtack, reviewed us, and asked for another cleaning service. While we were actually at your home, you were already giving us a horrible review. I told you over the phone and by text "we want to make this right". My cleaners take pride in their work, as well as myself and we never want a customer to have a bad experience. But, overall, I feel that this review is unfounded. We have received no payment for services, as well as no return phone call as of 11:00 this morning. I would greatly appreciate a phone call so we can resolve your invoice and cleaning. 601-291-7936 thank you.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge new customers or "one time" customers a set per hour fee. Then, if they have us clean their home on a regular basis, they would be offered our "preferred" customer price per hour. I charge PER HOUR AND PER CLEANER (labor). If two cleaners are in your home, you are charged double the rate (but they are done faster). If only one cleaner is in your home, you are charged the per hour rate. Sometimes, we have cleaners "in training". These cleaners are not billed to you while they are in training for our company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We ask several general/specific questions about the customer's home and needs. We then offer a quote, over the phone, or in writing. You only pay for the time it takes to clean. We charge each customer fairly and consistently. I handle quotes the way I would want a business to relay information to me. No hidden fees. No contracts. No grey area. Everything is spelled out, in writing, on what we are responsible for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are accredited with the Mississippi Better Business Bureau.We partner with "Cleaning for a Reason" that provides FREE cleanings to women with Cancer.
