I hired Ward's Contracting to put a roof on an addition to my home. The next time it rained the roof leaked horribly. I contacted Mr. Ward and advised him of the issue and he stated he was on a job and would be out at the end of the day to check it out. He never showed up. I continued to call and text him for two days to no avail. I finally had to hire someone else to remove the NEW roof and replace with another new roof. Whilst having the new roof replaced he sent one of his workers out to survey the problem and report back. I advised the man it had been raining off and on heavily for several days and it was ruining inside my home. I have since contacted Mr. Ward for over a week to resolve this issue and he will not answer or return calls. I have put two roofs on my house this month. I am left with no recourse but to sue to get my money back.

Mr Sherwood did not hire my company to do his roof. I would not do the work because he framed it and did not do it properly. I gave his name to a roofer to contact Mr Sherwood, and this roofer apparently did the job. Mr Sherwood made the deal with the other party and paid them. He did try to get me to fix the other roofers work and I refused so Mr Sherwood got angry with me. Mr Sherwood built a roof with a pitch of 1/12 and wanted it shingles. He never pulled permits or went about it the correct way. I refused to be a part of it and it angered him.

jim has very good work ethics. He and his crew is there when he tell you he will be. He does the work within the time he quotes. He is a very trustworthy person. He takes pride in his work. If your not happy he's not done with the job.

Jim's team did a great job on a short timeline! He made it happen! Started work Saturday am (was standing by to start Friday) and completed all major work the following Saturday allowing us to get moved in. Jim is reliable, honest and trustworthy, I would Highly Recommend Jim Ward Construction.
