They did an amazing job !. They are very professional, they clean up after the work is done, they are willing to go an extra mile to get the job done. They did repair works on our kitchen cabinets, plumbing job and installed blinds . We would definitely call them again if we need any handyman services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to beat our competitors prices or We will try match prices. We do charge a $50 service call but waved if hired. We accept these forms of payment. Cash, Cash app , Venmo , if check, check is to be written out to Raymond Funck.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First would be a contact with customer and discuss the job description and than rate agreement. Than to schedule and complete job with payment unless contract is written than to be done my contract.
