- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no discounts or refunds should the date be canceled by Bride/Groom.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would meet with the couple and discuss their vision for their marital date. Once we discuss the vision, I have a contract to be signed before the payment is requested. An invoice is provided at time of payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Mass Communications, Guidance and Couseling along with an Honorary Ph.D. In Ministry Leadership.
